What time is check in and check out?

Check-in from 2.00 p.m. - Check-out before 12.00 p.m.

Can I leave the apartment late?

We are sorry, we cannot offer this service.

Can I choose the type of bed in my apartment?(Large bed – two beds)

Subject to availability. Please indicate your preferences on your booking form and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

Do the apartments have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?

No.

Are there non-smoking apartments?

The majority of the establishment is for non-smokers.

How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?

10 floors and 3 lifts/elevators

Is there air conditioning in the apartments? Does it work all year round?

We have air-conditioning during the summer.

Is your establishment adapted for the handicapped?

The establishment has three handicapped adapted apartments. Subject to availability

Can you keep my luggage when I leave the apartment?

There is no problem provided that you collect it on the same day as departure.

Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?

We have our own private parking which costs 20€ + 7% VAT per night. There’s also a public car park on the Plaza de España

Does the establishment have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?

There is a computer at reception which works with coins. It costs approximately is: 1 € 10 minutes.

Do you have high-speed internet in the apartment for my portable computer?Is it wireless?

Yes, we offer Wifi (wireless internet connection)

Do you have a quiet, romantic apartment? How can I reserve it?

Simply tell us your needs and we will do what we can to give you an interior apartment, higher floor, good views, etc.

What languages are spoken in Reception?

Spanish, English, French and Italian

Where may I rent a car?

Our reception staff will be pleased to help you and arrange the hire with the main companies.

How far are you from the Puerta del Sol?

Approximately 10 min walk.

How far are you from the Prado Museum?

Only 5 minutes by car or taxi

How much does a taxi from the airport cost? How long does it take?

Costs approximately 35 € and takes around 30 minutes
