What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 2.00 p.m. – Check-out before 12.00 p.m. noon.
Can I leave the apartment late?
If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please, ask at the reception desk.
Can I choose the type of bed in my apartment?(Large bed – two beds)
Types of bed are subject to availability. Please, indicate your preferences when booking and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift/elevator?
There are 10 floors and 3 lifts/elevators. Additionally, in the car park you will find a lift/elevator to reception.
Are there non-smoking apartments?
Yes, there are. Please, indicate your preferences when booking and we will do our best to satisfy you.
Is there air conditioning in the apartments? Does it work all year round?
In season.
Can you keep my luggage when I leave the apartment?
Please, contact our reception staff.
Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
We have our own private car park in the building. This service is subject to availability at client’s arrival. It costs €22/day, VAT included. Please, request this service when booking and we will do our best to satisfy your needs. There are also several public parkings in Plaza de los Mostenses, Plaza de España and Isabel la Católica. They cost around €28-30/day (2011).
Does the establishment have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
There is a computer at reception which works with coins.
Do you have high-speed internet in the apartment for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
Yes, all the apartments have WiFi access (wireless internet connection). Please, check rates at the reception desk.
What languages are spoken in Reception?
We speak Spanish, English, French and Italian.
Where may I rent a car?
Our reception staff will be delighted to help you and arrange the hire with the main companies.
How far are you from Puerta del Sol?
Approximately 10 min walk.
How far are you from El Prado Museum?
Only 5 minutes by car or taxi.
How much does a taxi from the airport cost? How long does it take?
Costs approximately €35 and takes around 30 minutes.
In what kind of a neighbourhood are you?
We are in one of the most tourist and commercial areas in the city.
I am travelling to attend a trade fair at IFEMA: will it be easy to reach from your establishment?
Yes, by underground/subway it takes around 30 minutes; you can also take a taxi.
